Carly Martinetti is the co-founder of Notably, an earned attention agency for mid-market companies. She launched Notably in fall 2020 with her mother, Carin Warner, founder of Warner Communications. Notably’s work spans earned attention, AI visibility, executive content through the Narrative Lab™, and creative services, and its case studies include Red Wing Shoes, Pyx Health, Ladders, and Dynatrace.

Before Notably, Carly Martinetti co-founded PrettyLitter, the health-monitoring cat litter company, in 2015. PrettyLitter was first pitched on ABC Family’s Startup U, and Mars, Inc. acquired it in 2021 in a deal Bloomberg reported at just under $1 billion. She began her career as an assistant producer on the Dr. Phil show, opened and ran Warner Communications’ Los Angeles office, and was a partner and managing director at PressFriendly, a San Francisco PR firm for startups. Her bylines have appeared in Newsweek and Entrepreneur. She holds a BA from UCLA.
