Information you provide

The contact tool asks for your name and email address so we can respond. A message is required; company name is optional. Please include only what is relevant to your inquiry; don’t include sensitive personal information, payment details, passwords, or confidential client material.

When you select Send message and give permission to reply, the form submits your inquiry to Notably’s email delivery endpoint. Resend processes the message for delivery to hello@notablypr.com. The form does not save its contents in browser storage.

When you submit the form, we receive the information you include, your email address, and ordinary delivery information such as the time sent. If you contact us another way, we receive the information you choose to share through that channel.

Browsing and storage

Loading a page sends ordinary technical information to the server that delivers it, such as an IP address, the requested URL, browser information, and request time. A hosting service may record this information in operational or security logs. Browser storage is also used to remember your privacy choices and a requested introduction preference. With your analytics consent, Google Analytics measures page visits on notablypr.com using browser identifiers and technical information. It remains off until you opt in. Advertising and retargeting tags are not active. Local previews do not send Analytics visits.

If optional tracking is made available, the provider and purpose will be shown in Cookie preferences before it can run. Analytics and advertising have separate choices and stay off until you opt in. Advertising may involve sharing online identifiers and browsing activity with an advertising provider so it can measure campaigns or show relevant ads elsewhere. We do not treat sending an inquiry as agreement to advertising tracking.

How information is used

Information you send helps us answer your inquiry, discuss the services you request, and manage the resulting correspondence. Technical information supports delivering the website, troubleshooting, and security. Privacy preferences are used to apply your choices.

The contact tool does not subscribe you to a marketing list. It does not pass your form entries to advertising or analytics tools.

Who receives information

Contact-form messages are processed by Resend, Notably’s email service, and the people at Notably who respond. Email you send directly is also handled by your own email provider. Service providers involved in website hosting or communications may process information to provide those services. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by applicable law or to address a security incident or legal claim.

Links to Calendly, social networks, publishers, and other websites take you to independently operated services. Their own privacy policies apply there. These services are not embedded in this website; selecting a link is your choice. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Keeping information

The contact tool does not keep a separate stored submission on the website. After you send an inquiry, it becomes part of email correspondence. How long correspondence is retained can depend on the inquiry, an ongoing business relationship, and recordkeeping obligations. You can contact us to ask about a particular record or request its deletion.

The Cookie Policy’s storage list gives the lifespan of information kept in your browser. Clearing website data in your browser also clears those saved choices.

Your choices and requests

You can use the site without optional tracking and change your choices at any time through Cookie preferences. A detected Global Privacy Control signal keeps advertising tracking off. The website does not separately act on the older Do Not Track signal; optional tracking still requires your opt-in.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. You may also have the right to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising and to complain to a relevant privacy regulator.

For a privacy request, email hello@notablypr.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Tell us what you want to request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant correspondence. Don’t send identity documents unless we specifically ask for information needed to verify the request. Some information may need to be retained where applicable law allows or requires it.

Children

This website presents professional public relations services and is not directed to children. Please contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information so we can review it.
