Information you provide

When you email us or book a call through the Calendly calendar on the homepage, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, and message. Please include only what is relevant to your inquiry; don’t include sensitive personal information, payment details, passwords, or confidential client material.

Browsing and storage

Loading a page sends ordinary technical information to the server that delivers it, such as an IP address, the requested URL, browser information, and request time. A hosting service may record this information in operational or security logs. Browser session storage is also used to remember a requested introduction preference. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views on notablypr.com without cookies or browser identifiers. It records the page, referrer, and general device and location details, and it does not track you across other websites. Advertising and retargeting tags are not used.

How information is used

Information you send helps us answer your inquiry, discuss the services you request, and manage the resulting correspondence. Technical information supports delivering the website, troubleshooting, and security.

Contacting us does not subscribe you to a marketing list, and we do not pass what you send to advertising or analytics tools.

Who receives information

Messages and bookings are handled by the people at Notably who respond, along with our email provider and Calendly. Email you send directly is also handled by your own email provider. Service providers involved in website hosting or communications may process information to provide those services. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by applicable law or to address a security incident or legal claim.

Links to Calendly, social networks, publishers, and other websites take you to independently operated services. Their own privacy policies apply there. The booking calendar on the homepage is a Calendly embed, so information you enter there goes to Calendly under its own policy. Other services open only when you select a link. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Keeping information

The website does not store inquiries. After you contact us, your inquiry becomes part of email correspondence. How long correspondence is retained can depend on the inquiry, an ongoing business relationship, and recordkeeping obligations. You can contact us to ask about a particular record or request its deletion.

The Cookie Policy’s storage list gives the lifespan of information kept in your browser. Clearing website data in your browser also clears those saved choices.

Your choices and requests

The site does not use tracking cookies, advertising tags, or cross-site tracking, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. You may also have the right to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising and to complain to a relevant privacy regulator.

For a privacy request, email hello@notablypr.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Tell us what you want to request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant correspondence. Don’t send identity documents unless we specifically ask for information needed to verify the request. Some information may need to be retained where applicable law allows or requires it.

Children

This website presents professional public relations services and is not directed to children. Please contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information so we can review it.
