Carly Martinetti is the co-founder of Notably, a modern PR agency for high-growth companies that want to scale quickly, raise serious capital, be acquired, or go public. She launched Notably in fall 2020 with her mother, Carin Warner, founder of Warner Communications; the agency's client work includes Dynatrace, Seventh Generation, and Blink, and its offerings span public relations, executive content through the Narrative Lab™, and creative services.
Before Notably, Carly Martinetti co-founded PrettyLitter, the health-monitoring cat litter company, in 2015 — first pitched on ABC Family's Startup U and acquired by Mars, Inc. in 2021 in a deal Bloomberg reported at just under $1 billion. She began her career as an assistant producer on the Dr. Phil show, opened and ran Warner Communications' Los Angeles office, and served as a partner and managing director at PressFriendly, a San Francisco PR firm for startups. Her bylines have appeared in Newsweek and Entrepreneur. She holds a BA from UCLA.
